1-1 Transformational Coaching: I hold space for my clients to tap into their deepest longings, be aligned with their purpose and take practical steps to manifest this in daily life. I use various techniques around envisioning the future, looking at needs/values, shifting mindsets, being present and my favorite, shadow work. I create a gentle, yet bold space for folks to face the shadow parts of them that are holding them back, that show up like limiting beliefs but have incredibly noble intentions.
Community Organizing and Building: I create spaces for folks to tap into systemic power to make positive change in their communities. I have extensive experience in community organizing on the ground. I’ve develop leadership of those directly impacted by harmful policies. I created a community organizing training program for faith leaders to tap into their faith values to organize their communities and harness change.
Organizational Coaching: I support organizations to navigate challenging circumstances around race, power, privilege and equity. I have conducted trainings on race, power, privilege in various organizations and provide organizational and 1-1 coaching to support transformation.
